  10. Training and Development has to be continuous process in every organization which will enhance and enlighten the knowledge of its employees. Employee knowledge enhancement is one of the biggest asset the company an inculcate which can be utilized for the betterment of the company itself. L&D should not be restricted only for book knowledge base as you have correctly mentioned, an employee should be mauled in all aspects, such as soft skills, interpersonal skills, technical skills, on job enhancement etc. Thereby the employee will be 360 degree qualified person to take on any challenge and convert it to an opportunity that will benefit the company. Companies do follow the strategy of identifying true potential employee and mauled them from the beginning to making him future ready to take up higher positions in the same company, in which employee retention is confirmed and also company asset is taken care by the same company itself.
